e-Certificates

GPLA e-Certificates are computer-generated electronic documents that serve as digital proof of academic achievements and records. These e-Certificates can be conveniently disseminated through our online portal, eliminating the necessity for physical printing. This approach grants learners and centers immediate access to comprehensive certificates and transcripts. Learners receive their e-Certificates and transcripts securely in PDF format at no additional cost. If needed, learners and centers have the option to request paper-printed versions of certificates and transcripts, subject to an additional fee and courier charges.

GPLA e-Certificates are available to all GPLA learners who have been granted awards on or after January 1, 2020.

The introduction of GPLA e-Certificates is aimed at streamlining the accessibility of learners’ academic records, providing a swift and efficient method for learners and centers. Furthermore, this initiative aligns with our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint by enabling online access to data, thereby reducing the necessity for physical printing and postal delivery.

Verify a GPLA e-Certificate

Please scan the QR code located at the bottom of the document you wish to authenticate. You can utilize your smartphone camera for this purpose. GPLA e-Certificates are fully secure and can also undergo verification by visiting the e-Certificate verification web portal and manually inputting the learner’s name and certificate authentication code found in the lower-left corner of the electronic document. In order to ensure the security and authenticity of the electronic documents, the document is considered valid only if accessed via the following URL: www.onlineverification.org

Learners have the option to securely share the document with third parties for verification purposes through a secure link.
